CTIA–The Wireless Association® Congratulates Mignon Clyburn on Nomination to FCC

WASHINGTON, DC – CTIA - The Wireless Association® President and CEO Steve Largent issued the following comments today in response to President Obama’s nomination of Mignon Clyburn to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC):  

“On behalf of the wireless industry, I want to congratulate Mignon Clyburn on her nomination as Commissioner to the FCC.   Ms. Clyburn’s knowledge of the telecommunications industry and her extensive background and experience in regulatory policy make her an excellent choice for this important post at the FCC.  We look forward to working with her.”
