CTIA-The Wireless Association® Statement on the Data Security and Breach Notification Act

WASHINGTON, D.C. – After U.S. Senator Pat Toomey (PA) introduced the Data Security and Breach Notification Act (S. 3333), CTIA-The Wireless Association’s Vice President of Government Affairs Jot Carpenter said:
