You may return most items sold at the CTIA.org® Research eStore within 30 days of delivery for a refund, which includes the total price minus shipping costs. If the return is the result of our error, we will also pay the return shipping costs. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, click here. In addition, we do not accept returns of certain items and will not issue any refunds for their return, including:
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery;
· Any item that has obvious signs of use;
· Any software, CD, or video that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap or seal broken); or
· Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Packing & Sending Returns
Pack the item(s) along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You may use the box the item(s) arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Affix shipping label to the outside of the box and include the correct prepaid postage or shipping fee on the box. We do not accept delivery of returned items without the proper postage or shipping fee. Mail or ship package to the following address:

Notification of Refund
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Your credit or refund will take approximately 7 to 10 business days. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account (you'll see the credit on your following statement). If you paid by check, we'll mail you a refund check. Please note that if your return is the result of our error, the return shipping cost of that item will be included in your refund.
