CTIA Statement On Open Internet Transparency Regulations for Small Business

“We applaud the Commission for relieving small wireless providers from unnecessary regulatory burdens.  Marketplace forces and the FCC’s 2010 rules already ensure that mobile broadband providers disclose the type of information about their services and networks that consumers need, and we urge the FCC to extend this regulatory relief to all providers.”
